Crossing Borders, Sharing Journeys Nexus Project Report

In 2004, NAC was invited by the Wilder Center, now called the Fieldstone Alliance, to participate in the Nexus Project. This two-year peer learning research project was funded by the W. K. Kellogg Foundation and involved 11 nationally recognized TA providers that were serving immigrant and refugee populations. The goal was to enhance the knowledge and skills of the capacity builders across North America who work with immigrant and refugee-led organizations. The project culminated in a publication called, Crossing Boards, Sharing Journey, effective capacity building with immigrant and refugee groups, which was released in the summer of 2006 and highlights best and promising practices for working with immigrant and refugee-led organizations.   Click here to view the report.  Requires Adobe Reader.
